The service

NatuGlobal Pets offers educational digital products for pet parents, including the Pet Parent Academy platform (academy.natuglobalpets.com) with video courses, guides, and downloadable resources.

Purchases and access

Each course is purchased individually and linked to your personal account. Access is personal and non-transferable: sharing your account or redistributing content is not allowed.

Access to each purchased course is lifetime: you can watch it as many times as you want, with no expiration date, for as long as the platform is operational.

Educational content, not veterinary advice

All content on our platforms is educational and general in nature. It does not constitute diagnosis, treatment, or veterinary advice, and does not replace consultation with a professional. If your pet shows any warning sign, see a veterinarian.

Intellectual property

Courses, videos, texts, trademarks, and materials are property of NatuGlobal Pets. Copying, distributing, or commercial use without written authorization is not allowed.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity performed from your account.
