How your purchase is delivered

All our products are 100% digital. We do not ship anything physical.

Once payment is completed, access to the product is activated automatically in your account on the corresponding platform (for example, academy.natuglobalpets.com). This normally happens within seconds of payment confirmation.

How to access

Sign in with your email and password on the platform and you'll find your products in the "My profile" section. You can access from any device with an internet connection, as many times as you want.

Access problems?

If you paid and don't see your product in your account, write to contacto@natuglobalpets.com with the email you used to purchase and we'll resolve it as soon as possible.
